  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs and yogurt. Add the stick of butter and vanilla and continue whisking. Add the sugar and whisk for 3 more minutes.
  • In another deep bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda. Add the salt.
  • Add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredient mixture and whisk for 3 minutes. Add the water and whisk for 2 more minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into 2 greased rectangular cake pans and bake for 25 minutes until the cake is well done.
  • Make the frosting while the cake is baking: Melt 1/2 stick of butter in the microwave. In a saucepan, mix the condensed milk, butter, cocoa powder, and cocoa powder. Cook over medium heat.
  • With a wooden spoon, stir continuously while the sweet cooks. It should cook until it thickens, approximately 20-30 minutes. One way to know it's ready is if you can see the bottom of the pot when you move it. Remove from heat.
  • Cut the cake into hearts with a heart-shaped cookie cutter and cover with the chocolate frosting while it is still slightly warm.
