  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
  • In a deep bowl beat the eggs and yogurt. Add the butter and vanilla stick and continue whisking. Add the sugar and beat for 3 more minutes.
  • In another deep bowl whisk the flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda with a balloon-type whisk. Add the salt.
  • Add the dry ingredients mixture to the wet ingredients mixture and beat for 3 minutes. Add the water and beat for 2 more minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into 2 rectangular greased cake baking molds and bake for 25 minutes until the cake is well done.
  • Make the bitumen while cooking the cake: Melt the 1/2 stick of butter in the microwave. In a saucepan mix condensed milk, butter, chocolate powder and cocoa powder. Put to cook over medium heat.
  • With a wooden spoon mix continuously while cooking the sweet. It should be cooked until it becomes thick, approximately 20-30 minutes. One way to know that you are ready is if you can see the lower part of the pot when you move it. Get out of the fire.
  • Cut the cake into hearts with a heart shaped cookie cutter and cover with the chocolate bitumen when it is still half warm.
