25 grams sugar
1 egg white
45 grams lard
2 tablespoons honey
50 grams flour
1/2 kilos chocolate ice cream
50 grams chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 130°C.
First, melt the butter and mix it with the sugar, honey, flour, and egg white.
Take a spoonful of the mixture and place it in a circular shape on a silicone baking sheet.
This operation should be repeated with the entire mixture.
Bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes or until just golden, remove and let cool.
To assemble the alfajor, place one cookie on the plate.
Put a scoop of ice cream, sprinkle with chocolate chips, and place another cookie on top.
Decorate with powdered sugar and mint.
