  • 1 egg white
  • 45 grams lard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 50 grams flour 50 grams flour
  • 1/2 kilos chocolate ice cream
  • 50 grams chocolate chips

  • Preheat the oven to 130°C.
  • First, melt the butter and mix it with the sugar, honey, flour, and egg white.
  • Take a spoonful of the mixture and place it in a circular shape on a silicone baking sheet.
  • This operation should be repeated with the entire mixture.
  • Bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes or until just golden, remove and let cool.
  • To assemble the alfajor, place one cookie on the plate.
  • Put a scoop of ice cream, sprinkle with chocolate chips, and place another cookie on top.
  • Decorate with powdered sugar and mint.
