Chocolate Ice Cream Mousse Pots

Prepare this cute pot full of flavor to surprise your kids. Delicious mousse made with creamy ice cream with intense chocolate flavor, decorated with a soil of chocolate cookie and finished with fresh mint leaves. Original and exquisite!

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 liters Santa Clara® chocolate ice cream, at room temperature
  • 7 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • 1 package chocolate cookies, without filling
  • 3/4 cups chocolate chips
  • peppermint, for decoration
  • edible flower, for decoration

  • Whip the cream with the help of an electric mixer, until soft peaks form.
  • Mix the ice cream at room temperature with the gelatin and blend very well.
  • Pour the ice cream mixture over the whipped cream and fold gently until fully combined.
  • Pour the previous mixture into glass cups until filled ¾ full. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Crush the chocolate cookies in a bowl with the help of a spoon or fork, until you obtain a moderately coarse powder.
  • Decorate the cups with the cookie powder and chocolate chips, to simulate the soil. Add mint leaves and flowers, enjoy.
