1 cup whipping cream
1/2 liters Santa Clara® chocolate ice cream, at room temperature
7 grams unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
1 package chocolate cookies, without filling
3/4 cups chocolate chips
peppermint, for decoration
edible flower, for decoration

Whip the cream with the help of an electric mixer, until soft peaks form.
Mix the ice cream at room temperature with the gelatin and blend very well.
Pour the ice cream mixture over the whipped cream and fold gently until fully combined.
Pour the previous mixture into glass cups until filled ¾ full. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Crush the chocolate cookies in a bowl with the help of a spoon or fork, until you obtain a moderately coarse powder.
Decorate the cups with the cookie powder and chocolate chips, to simulate the soil. Add mint leaves and flowers, enjoy.
