Chocolate Ice Cream with Chambord and Raspberries

This delicious and easy chocolate ice cream is made with cocoa powder, raspberries, and a French liqueur called Chambord. To make this recipe, it is recommended to use an ice cream maker.

1 1/2 cups whipping cream
5 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened powder
2/3 cups sugar
2 cups raspberries
2 tablespoons chambord liqueur

Whisk the cream, cocoa powder, and sugar in a pot. Heat the mixture, whisking constantly until it begins to boil, and remove from heat.
Add the raspberries, cover, and let it cool for 10 minutes.
In a blender, blend the mixture and strain it. Add the Chambord.
Chill the ice cream and freeze in your ice cream maker according to the machine's instructions.
