Chocolate Lava Cakes

  • 1/2 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1 1/3 cups bittersweet chocolate, (240 g)
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons Licor 43
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • vanilla ice cream
  • strawberries
  • cherries
  • icing sugar

  • Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
  • Melt the butter and dark chocolate in the microwave and mix in a bowl.
  • Add the flour and powdered sugar, then add the egg, egg yolks, Licor 43, vanilla, and mix until fully combined.
  • Using a brush, grease the molds with butter and flour. Pour the mixture and bake for 14 minutes.
  • Unmold and serve. Accompany with vanilla ice cream. Decorate with strawberries, cherries, and powdered sugar.
