400 grams bittersweet chocolate
90 grams icing sugar
250 grams unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
5 eggs, (separated)
400 grams small meringue

Melt 400 grams of dark chocolate in a double boiler.
Add the powdered sugar to the chocolate and mix. Also, add the butter and vanilla essence and mix well.
Mix the warm chocolate with 5 beaten egg yolks and 5 egg whites beaten to stiff peaks.
In a glass dish, place a layer of chocolate, then a layer of meringues. Finally, cover with the remaining chocolate.
