Ingredients

  • 400 grams of dark chocolate
  • 90 grams of powder sugar
  • 250 grams of unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
  • 5 eggs (separated)
  • 400 grams of small meringue

    Preparation

    Melt 400 grams of bitter chocolate in a bain-marie.
    Add the icing sugar to the chocolate and mix. Add also the butter, and the essence of vanilla and mix well.
    Mix the warm chocolate with 5 beaten egg yolks and 5 egg whites to nougat point.
    In a glass fret place a layer of chocolate, and then a layer of meringues. And finally cover with the rest of the chocolate.
