2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder
1/4 cups cow's milk
1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon liqueur, of raspberry or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cups whipping cream, cold
sweetened whipped cream, (optional)
1 cup raspberries, fresh or strawberries (optional)

Mix the sugar and gelatin in a small saucepan
Add the milk
Let it sit for two minutes to soften the gelatin
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture starts to boil
Remove from heat, immediately add the chocolate chips and stir until melted
Add the liqueur or essence and let cool
Whip the cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the chocolate mixture, gently stirring until combined
