Chocolate Mousse for Two

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon liqueur, of raspberry or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream, cool

  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or strawberries (optional)

  • Add milk
  • Let rest for two minutes to soften the grenetina
  • Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until the mixture begins to boil
