Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of gelatin
  • 1/4 of cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of bitter chocolate chip
  • 1 teaspoon of liqueur of raspberry or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of whipping cream cool
  • enough of sweet whipped cream (optional)
  • 1 cup of raspberry fresh or strawberries (optional)

Preparation

Mix the sugar and the greenery in a small saucepan
Add milk
Let rest for two minutes to soften the grenetina
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until the mixture begins to boil
Remove from heat, immediately add chocolate chips and stir until melted
Add the liquor or essence and let cool
