200 grams chocolate, NESTLÉ Black Desserts
250 grams flour
100 grams sugar
200 milliliters cow's milk, (1 glass)
50 milliliters vegetable oil, (1/4 glass)
3 teaspoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg

Mix the milk with the oil and the beaten egg.
Add the flour, yeast, sugar and salt and stir until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Add the grated chocolate, mix it again and distribute it in large size curled paper capsules.
Cook the muffins in the oven, at 180 º C temperature, until they have gone up and are golden brown (about 25 minutes).
