Chocolate muffins

  • 200 grams chocolate, NESTLÉ Black Desserts
  • 250 grams flour
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 200 milliliters cow's milk, (1 glass)
  • 50 milliliters vegetable oil, (1/4 glass)
  • 3 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg

  • Mix the milk with the oil and the beaten egg.
  • Add the flour, yeast, sugar and salt and stir until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add the grated chocolate, mix it again and distribute it in large size curled paper capsules.
  • Cook the muffins in the oven, at 180 º C temperature, until they have gone up and are golden brown (about 25 minutes).
