200 grams chocolate, NESTLÉ Dark Desserts
250 grams flour
100 grams sugar
200 milliliters cow's milk, (1 cup)
50 milliliters vegetable oil, (1/4 cup)
3 teaspoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg

Mix the milk with the oil and the beaten egg.
Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt and stir until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Add the grated chocolate, mix again, and distribute it into large ruffled paper cups.
Bake the muffins in the oven at 180º C until they have risen and are golden brown (about 25 minutes).
