Chocolate Muffins

  • 200 grams chocolate, NESTLÉ Dark Desserts
  • 250 grams flour
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 200 milliliters cow's milk, (1 cup)
  • 50 milliliters vegetable oil, (1/4 cup)
  • 3 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg

  • Mix the milk with the oil and the beaten egg.
  • Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt and stir until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • Add the grated chocolate, mix again, and distribute it into large ruffled paper cups.
  • Bake the muffins in the oven at 180º C until they have risen and are golden brown (about 25 minutes).
