  • 752 milliliters evaporated milk
  • 200 grams milk chocolate, chopped
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons Maizena® cornstarch
  • 3 cups strawberries, in cubes
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 cookies, fan

  • Heat the evaporated milk with the chocolate and 1/3 cup of sugar.
  • Separately, mix the yolks with the Maizena® Regular Corn Fécula. Pour 1 ladle of hot milk and integrate.
  • Return the mixture of yolks to the pot with the hot milk and cook over low heat moving constantly until thickened.
  • Warm and cool until completely cooled.
  • To assemble the parfait, mix the strawberries with 3 tablespoons of sugar and cut the cookies roughly. Reserve.
  • Spread a little of the chocolate cream in 10 transparent glasses, add a layer of strawberries and sprinkle with bits of cookies.
  • Continue forming layers of the ingredients inside the cups and serve.
