We crush the cookies. We melt the butter in the microwave and mix it with the egg. We add this to the cookies and mix well until we obtain a homogeneous dough.
We place this cookie mixture at the bottom of a removable mold, pressing it down with a spoon. We put it in the microwave at maximum power for about 3 minutes.
Now let's prepare the rest. We put the chocolate in a saucepan over a double boiler, breaking it into pieces so it melts more easily. Once melted, we add the teaspoon of sugar.
We soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Once they have lost their stiffness, we drain them and dissolve them in the 75 ml of water that we have heated in the microwave. We add this water with the dissolved gelatin to the chocolate and mix well. We set aside off the heat to let it cool down.
We whip the cream. We fold it into the chocolate with gentle movements.
We pour this mixture over the cookie base. We store it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
