Preparation
We crush the cookies. Melt the butter in the microwave and mix it with the egg. Add this to the cookies and mix well until you get a homogeneous mass.
We place this mixture of cookies in the base of a removable mold, pressing with the help of a spoon. We put in the microwave at full power about 3 minutes

The grenetina leaves are soaked in cold water. When they have lost their stiffness, we drain them and dissolve them in the 75 ml of water that we have heated in the microwave. We add it, the water with the dissolved gelatin, to the chocolate and mix well. We reserve outside the fire so that it is tempered.
We assemble the cream. Mix with the chocolate with enveloping movements.
We pour this mixture on the basis of cookies. We keep in the refrigerator, at least 4 hours
