Delicious chocolate pudding, ideal for any occasion. Prepare this delightful dessert that will be the sensation at home; it’s also perfect if your sweet bread has gotten a bit hard, as you can use it in this dessert.
Cut the bread into pieces and let them harden for 2 days, then place them in a bowl and pour in the warm milk, mixing a bit, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and mix them with the evaporated milk and the essences, then pour this mixture into the bowl with the soaked bread and mix very well, adding the sweetened condensed milk and mixing evenly. If desired, you can add chocolate chips.
In a greased and floured mold, pour the previous mixture. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 200ºC, then lower the temperature to 180ºC for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
For decoration, mix 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon with 1/3 cup of powdered sugar and, using a sifter, sprinkle it over the cake, adding a personal touch with some chocolate or chocolate chips.
