Preparation
In a medium saucepan, heat the milk with the grated rind of the orange peel to infuse the flavors.
In a deep bowl dissolve the gelatin in water at the same time.
In another bain-marie, melt the chocolate with 1/2 cup of the infused milk.
Add the beaten yolks, sugar and remaining milk to the chocolate and mix well.
In another saucepan, heat the cream over low heat and add the dissolved gelatin, beat until no more lumps.
Strain the mixture of cream and gelatin and let cool.
Beat the cream with an electric mixer and add it to the chocolate mixture.
Prepare 4 glass molds and place the Grand Marnier between 4. Pour the chocolate mixture and refrigerate for 3 hours.
