  • 500 milliliters whipping cream

  • Place the cream in a glass bowl and heat it in the microwave until it starts to bubble.
  • Cut the chocolate bar into small pieces and put them in the bowl with the hot cream.
  • Beat well until the chocolate melts.
  • Empty the mixture in molds or cups.
  • Refrigerate for about two hours until it has settled.
