250 grams bittersweet chocolate
500 milliliters whipping cream

Place the cream in a glass bowl and heat it in the microwave until it starts to bubble.
Cut the chocolate bar into small pieces and put them in the bowl with the hot cream.
Beat well until the chocolate melts.
Empty the mixture in molds or cups.
Refrigerate for about two hours until it has settled.
