Preheat the oven to 190ºC and grease two baking trays.
In a large bowl mix the flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, royal, salt and chocolate chips.
In another bowl beat the cream to beat until it forms hard peaks. In an enveloping way, mix it with the powders.
Put flour on a surface and empty the previous mixture there. Knead until obtaining a soft dough.
Form a ball with the dough and crush it until it has a thickness of 3.5 cm. Cut it into 12 slices as if it were a pizza. Transfer the slices to the freshly greased tray leaving a space between them as they will increase in size.
Melt the butter and varnish the slices, then sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for about 20 min or until they take a little coloring.
