Low
  • Put the cream on medium heat.
  • When it is about to boil, pour it over the chocolate (not the chocolate into the cream, be careful)
  • You can help yourself by putting the mixture on very low heat for a couple of minutes and stirring with gentle movements, not for too long as you might burn the chocolate
  • Once the chocolate is completely melted, now pour in the sherry or rum and the essence of vanilla or nut
  • Pour the mixture into a container or tray and let it cool
  • Once cooled, it is recommended to put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to make it a bit firmer.
  • Once removed, take portions and roll them into balls
  • Once the mixture is ready and rolled into balls, coat the truffles in the ingredient of your choice, whether it be nuts, hazelnuts, coconut, etc.
