200 grams semisweet chocolate, in pieces
80 milliliters sour cream
30 grams cocoa
icing sugar
100 grams white chocolate, in pieces
50 grams butter
10 milliliters vanilla essence

Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and cream in a double boiler; add the cocoa and set aside.
Melt the white chocolate, butter, and vanilla in a double boiler; set aside.
On the plastic, place the semi-sweet chocolate and roll it out with a rolling pin until you have a layer of 1 1/2 cm.
Spread white chocolate on top of the semi-sweet chocolate and roll it up. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Pour a little powdered sugar on top of the roll and serve them cut in half in the cupcake liners.
