Chocolate & Vanilla Roll

This delicious roll of semi-sweet and white chocolate is very easy to make and looks spectacular. It is a dessert that does not require an oven to prepare, making it more accessible. Don't hesitate any longer and make it; you will surely like it.

  • 200 grams semisweet chocolate, in pieces
  • 80 milliliters sour cream
  • 30 grams cocoa
  • icing sugar
  • 100 grams white chocolate, in pieces
  • 50 grams butter
  • 10 milliliters vanilla essence

  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and cream in a double boiler; add the cocoa and set aside.
  • Melt the white chocolate, butter, and vanilla in a double boiler; set aside.
  • On the plastic, place the semi-sweet chocolate and roll it out with a rolling pin until you have a layer of 1 1/2 cm.
  • Spread white chocolate on top of the semi-sweet chocolate and roll it up. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Pour a little powdered sugar on top of the roll and serve them cut in half in the cupcake liners.
