Brownies with Peanut Butter and Raspberry Jam Topping

  • 240 grams butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 350 grams chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 220 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 240 grams wheat flour
  • 1 cup peanut butter, topping
  • 1 cup raspberry jam, topping
  • 1/2 cups raspberries, topping

  • Preheat the oven to 180° C.
  • Blend with the T-fal® InfinyForce blender using the dessert function the butter, vanilla essence, chocolate, and egg. In a bowl, mix the previous preparation with sugar, salt, and wheat flour until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Place the previous mixture in a mold, cover with a bit of peanut butter, jam, and raspberries.
  • Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, cool, and cut the brownies. Enjoy
