Chili Brownies

A delicious combination of chocolate with chili, try this recipe.

  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil, canola
  • 1/3 cups sesame oil, spicy
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup flour, all-purpose
  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease and flour the brownie pan.
  • Combine the oil and sugar until well mixed.
  • Add the cocoa powder until fully integrated.
  • Add the eggs and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  • Now continue with the vanilla, salt, and baking powder. Keep stirring and gradually add the flour until integrated.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  • Let it rest for an hour before cutting into squares. Decorate with melted white chocolate and fondant chiles.
