1/2 cups vegetable oil, canola
1/3 cups sesame oil, spicy
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup flour, all-purpose
1/2 cups cocoa powder

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease and flour the brownie pan.
Combine the oil and sugar until well mixed.
Add the cocoa powder until fully integrated.
Add the eggs and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Now continue with the vanilla, salt, and baking powder. Keep stirring and gradually add the flour until integrated.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
Let it rest for an hour before cutting into squares. Decorate with melted white chocolate and fondant chiles.
