Chocolate Brownies with Almond

  • 150 grams butter
  • 90 grams dark chocolate
  • 300 grams sugar
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
  • 150 grams almonds, chopped
  • 3 eggs

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the chocolate and butter in a container and heat over low heat until melted.
  • Once melted, remove from heat and add the sifted flour and baking powder, sugar, vanilla, and nuts.
  • Stir everything together and add the eggs.
  • Mix these ingredients well until you have a homogeneous dough.
  • Pour it into a previously buttered mold, preferably rectangular.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes, until slightly crispy on the surface and tender on the inside.
