Christmas Tree Brownies

  • 200 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 200 grams butter, softened butter
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • chantilly cream
  • 1 bag walnuts
  • 500 grams icing sugar
  • vanilla frosting
  • green food coloring
  • sweet peppermint whites and reds
  • colorful button-shaped chocolates

  • In a bowl, melt the chocolate with the butter. Let it cool slightly.
  • In another bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, extract (optional), and flour (do not overbeat). Add walnuts and mix.
  • Pour the mixture into a buttered mold.
  • Bake at 175/180°C for 20 minutes (if it exceeds 20 minutes, it will be dry).
  • Cut the brownies into triangles to resemble a tree.
  • Insert a red and white candy cane into each triangle.
  • Put the frosting in a bowl and add a bit of green food coloring. Make stripes with this frosting on the brownies to decorate them and place some candy-coated chocolates on top.
