Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a rectangular mold of approximately 22 x 30 cm and line it with parchment paper.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and chocolate flavor powder into a bowl.
In the mixer, beat the butter until creamy.
Gradually add the sugar to the butter and beat until fluffy.
Dissolve the tablespoons of coffee in the evaporated milk.
Add the egg and egg yolks, then add the flour with the chocolate flavor powder, and gradually mix in the evaporated milk with the coffee. Beat at medium speed until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the mold and spread it evenly.
Bake for about 20 minutes, and before removing it, check the doneness with a toothpick, which should come out dry.
Unmold and let cool slightly, then cut into squares; when cool, dust with powdered sugar.
