Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180. A rectangular mold of approximately 22 x 30 greases it and cover it with waxed paper.
Loam in a bowl flour, baking powder, baking soda and chocolate flavor powder.
In the blender , beat the butter until acremar.
Add the sugar to the butter little by little and beat until fluff.
Dissolve the coffee spoons in the evaporated milk.
Add the egg and the egg yolks, then add the flour with the chocolate powder and little by little the milk evaporated with the coffee. Beat at medium speed until perfectly integrated.
Empty the mixture in the mold and extend perfectly.
Bake for 20 minutes and before removing it check the cooking with a toothpick which should come out dry.
Unmold and let cool a little, then cut the pictures, when cool cover them with powdered sugar.
