2 cans evaporated milk
500 grams sugar
70 grams cocoa
50 grams butter
150 grams walnuts, chopped
2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 pinch salt
Preparation

Low
Place a saucepan over heat with the milk, sugar, salt, cocoa, and coffee.
Thoroughly dilute everything and let it boil, stirring slowly, and when it reaches a soft ball stage, remove from heat.
Add the butter and do not beat anymore.
When it is warm, beat until thickened and add the chopped walnuts.
Pour into a greased baking sheet.
Score into squares, and when cooled, cut and place in paper cups.
