Coffee Fudge

A delicious treat that is loved by both kids and adults, perfect for enjoying at any time as a sweet snack... and the coffee gives it a super special flavor!

  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 70 grams cocoa
  • 50 grams butter
  • 150 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Place a saucepan over heat with the milk, sugar, salt, cocoa, and coffee.
  • Thoroughly dilute everything and let it boil, stirring slowly, and when it reaches a soft ball stage, remove from heat.
  • Add the butter and do not beat anymore.
  • When it is warm, beat until thickened and add the chopped walnuts.
  • Pour into a greased baking sheet.
  • Score into squares, and when cooled, cut and place in paper cups.
