120 grams semisweet chocolate, (for the creamy layer)
120 grams butter, (for the creamy layer)
2 tablespoons corn syrup, (for the creamy layer)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease and flour a 20 cm square mold.
In a double boiler, melt the butter and chocolate until you have a smooth paste. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs to a thick ribbon stage, gradually add the sugar; while continuing to beat, incorporate the chocolate mixture to a thin stream and then add the flour and mix until combined.
Finally, add the chocolate chips and pour into the previously greased mold. Bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
For the creamy layer: in a double boiler, mix the butter, chocolate, and corn syrup, beating rigorously as the shine depends on the beating.
Pour over the brownies and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Cut into 4 cm portions and serve.
