Ingredients

16 portions
  • 120 grams butter
  • 120 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 40 grams flour
  • 30 grams chocolate frosting, (confichips)
  • 120 grams bittersweet chocolate, (for the creamy)
  • 120 grams butter, (for the creamy)
  • 2 tablespoons Corn syrup, (for the creamy)
  • walnuts, chopped (optional)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease and flour a square mold of 20 cm.
In a bain-marie, melt the butter and the chocolate until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Reservation.
In a large bowl beat the eggs to the point of thick cord, add the sugar little by little; While you continue beating, add the chocolate mixture to the point of thread and then the flour and mix until integrated.
Finally add the confichips and pour into the greased prevailing mold. Bake at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
For the creamy: in a bain marie mix the butter, the chocolate and the honey of corn, beat rigorously since based on the shake you get the shine.
Pour over the bread and bring to the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Cut 4 cm portions and serve.

PRESENTATION

You can serve them with a spoonful of raspberry sauce and decorate with mint leaves, accompanied by an espresso coffee.
