Ghost Brownies

Recipe for ghost brownies, perfect for this Halloween, surprise your kids with this original way of making brownies. They are placed in a container with a fondant ghost on top.

  • 200 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 200 grams butter, softened
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • chantilly cream
  • 1 bag walnuts
  • 2 packages marshmallow
  • 500 grams icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons edible glycerin
  • chocolate frosting

  • In a bowl, melt the chocolate with the butter. Let it cool slightly.
  • In another bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, extract (optional), and flour (do not overbeat). Add cream and mix (add nuts).
  • Pour the mixture into a cupcake mold with the paper liner of your choice.
  • Bake at 175/180°C for 20 minutes (if it exceeds 20 minutes, it will become dry).
  • For the fondant: In a bowl over a double boiler, melt the marshmallows completely. In another bowl, place the powdered sugar and add the melted marshmallows. Fold together until a dough-like consistency forms. Separate and add the food colorings needed for decoration.
  • With the fondant, shape the ghosts and use chocolate frosting for the eyes and mouth.
