Craving some delicious brownies? Here you will find an exquisite version of traditional brownies, this preparation includes pistachios, and it is a vegan dessert, without refined sugar and using coconut butter. They are delicious!
1/2 cups chocolate, dark chocolate (70 - 85%), chopped
1 cup maple syrup
3/4 cups unsalted butter , melted coconut
8 tablespoons cream , toasted almonds (98 g)
7 grams liquid vanilla
1/3 cups pistachios, unsalted chopped
1 teaspoon salt , Maldon

Preheat the oven to 170° C.
Grease a 24 cm square pan and line the base with parchment paper.
In a bowl: sift and mix the dry ingredients.
In another bowl: mix the coconut butter, honey, almond cream, and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix with a whisk.
Fold in the chocolate and pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, depending on your oven and pan. The toothpick will come out slightly wet but not wet or dry! These brownies have a divine texture, but they must rest for at least 3-4 hours before cutting with a serrated knife.
Sprinkle with Maldon salt.
