Snowy Brownies

  • 200 grams butter, softened
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • In a bowl, melt the chocolate with the butter. Let it cool slightly.
  • In another bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, extract (optional), and flour (do not overmix). Add cream and mix (add nuts).
  • Pour the mixture into a buttered mold.
  • Bake at 175/180°C for 20 minutes (if it exceeds 20 minutes, it will be dry).
  • Cut the brownies with a tree-shaped cutter.
  • Spread the frosting over the brownies to decorate them and sprinkle some colored sprinkles on top.
