Strawberry Cheesecake Brownie

  • 1 cup Santa Clara® strawberry yogurt
  • 225 grams cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups natural yogurt Santa Clara®
  • 3 tablespoons Santa Clara® whole milk
  • 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups palm sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cups cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cups strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, washed and disinfected
  • 1/4 cups blueberries
  • peppermint, washed and disinfected

  • Preheat the oven to 165°C.
  • Grease a square brownie pan with cooking spray and flour. For the strawberry cheesecake, beat the cream cheese together with the eggs and sugar.
  • Add the vanilla essence and gradually add the Santa Clara® Strawberry Yogurt and set aside. In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, palm sugar, salt, baking powder, and cocoa.
  • Combine Santa Clara® Whole Milk, Santa Clara® Strawberry Yogurt, the egg, and vanilla essence. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Add the chocolate chips.
  • Spread the brownie mixture over the greased pan and level it with a spatula. Pour the strawberry cheesecake mixture on top and spread it in the same way.
  • With a spoon, add the strawberry jam and use a toothpick to create a marbled effect between the cheesecake and the jam. Bake at 165°C for 60 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely before unmolding. Decorate with berries and mint leaves.
