Grease a square brownie pan with cooking spray and flour. For the strawberry cheesecake, beat the cream cheese together with the eggs and sugar.
Add the vanilla essence and gradually add the Santa Clara® Strawberry Yogurt and set aside. In another bowl, combine whole wheat flour, palm sugar, salt, baking powder, and cocoa.
Combine Santa Clara® Whole Milk, Santa Clara® Strawberry Yogurt, the egg, and vanilla essence. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients. Add the chocolate chips.
Spread the brownie mixture over the greased pan and level it with a spatula. Pour the strawberry cheesecake mixture on top and spread it in the same way.
With a spoon, add the strawberry jam and use a toothpick to create a marbled effect between the cheesecake and the jam.
Bake at 165°C for 60 minutes.
