These chocolate brownies are the perfect dessert for any occasion. They are swirled with a mixture of cream cheese and vanilla that makes them delicious. Swirled chocolate brownies are simply delightful.

1 tablespoon cocoa, (for the brownie)
1 cup bittersweet chocolate, (115 g, for the brownie)
3/4 cups butter, At room temperature. (150 g), add one tablespoon to grease the pan (for the brownie)
1/2 cups sugar, (for the brownie)
2 eggs, (for the brownie)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence, one for the brownie and half for the swirl
1 package cream cheese, At room temperature (190 g) (for the swirl)
1 egg yolk, (for the swirl)
4 tablespoons sugar, (for the swirl)

Preheat the oven to 160°C. Grease and flour a brownie pan.
In a medium bowl, mix the flour, salt, and cocoa. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 15-second intervals. Once melted, add the butter and sugar and mix well.
To the previous mixture, add the eggs, vanilla, and dry ingredients, mixing well. Pour into the pan.
In another bowl, mix the cream cheese very well with the egg yolk, sugar, and vanilla.
Pour this mixture into a piping bag and place small dollops over the brownie mixture. Reserve a bit in case you need to decorate.
With the help of a toothpick, make circles to swirl and mix both preparations. Bake for 35 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool, unmold, and cut into squares.
