Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Put the butter and chocolate in a double boiler until melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
Beat the eggs and gradually add the sugar.
Add the chocolate mixture and beat well. Set aside.
Mix flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add to the previous mixture. Beat well.
Add vanilla extract, corn syrup, and walnuts. Mix very well.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased square pan of approximately 20 cm and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven when the edges of the brownie start to pull away from the pan.
Let cool for 5 minutes and unmold. When they are almost cool, cover with the cocoa frosting.
Once the frosting hardens, cut into squares of approximately 4 cm.
For the frosting: Mix the margarine, salt, and vanilla extract.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and cocoa, mixing very well.
Alternately, add the remaining sugar and evaporated milk until the frosting reaches the desired consistency.
