Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
Put butter and chocolate in a bain-marie until they melt. Remove from heat and reserve.
Beat the eggs and gradually add the sugar.
Add the chocolate mixture and beat well. Reserve.
Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Gradually add to the previous mix. Beat well.
Add vanilla extract, corn syrup and nuts. Mix very well.
Pour the mixture into a greased square mold of approximately 20 cm and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven when it begins to be seen that the edges of the brownie are detached from the mold.
Let cool for 5 minutes and unmold. When they are almost cold, cover with the cocoa frosting.
Once the frosting hardens, cut into approximately 4 cm squares.
For frosting: Mix margarine, salt and vanilla extract.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and cocoa, mixing very well.
In alternation, add the remaining sugar and evaporated milk until the frosting acquires the desired consistency.
