Vegan Double Chocolate Brownies

  • 1/2 cups Ades® soy milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cups cocoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cups agave syrup
  • 1/2 cups apple purée
  • 1/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cups semi-dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  • Mix the oats with cocoa, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine agave syrup, AdeS® Soy, applesauce, oil, and vanilla.
  • Add the mixture with AdeS® Soy to the dry ingredients, combine until you have a smooth mixture. Grease a rectangular brownie pan with a little oil.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, and cut into medium squares.
