  • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled, mashed
  • 14 pitted dates, or prune
  • 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 cups coconut flour, or almonds
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 milliliters water
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, chopped (optional)

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Soak the prunes or dates in hot water for 20 minutes.
  • Blend the prunes with the sweet potato and mix well.
  • Incorporate the rest of the ingredients until a dough forms.
  • Grease a mold with coconut oil.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold; add the chopped nuts.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until you insert a fork in the middle and it comes out clean.
  • Cool it down and then cut.
