150 milliliters Oléico® safflower oil
60 grams raspberries
1/2 cups brown sugar
250 grams white chocolate, chopped
3 eggs
1 2/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 180° C. Grease a 20 x 30 cm pan approximately.
In a bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat.
Add the flour and baking powder, stir.
Add the oil and continue beating. Add the white chocolate.
Pour the mixture into the previously greased pan.
Place the raspberries in the microwave for 30 seconds or until soft. Mash them with a fork.
Pour the raspberries over the mixture, then use a fork to create a swirling pattern.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked.
Allow to cool completely.
