This sweetened condensed milk cake topped with chocolate on a base of crushed Maria cookies is spectacular, the creamy filling of sweetened condensed milk has the perfect and smooth flavor that everyone will love.
3 cups cream cheese, cut into cubes, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
3/4 cups whipping cream
1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
450 grams bittersweet chocolate
3/4 cups whipping cream
1/4 cups butter
50 milliliters maple syrup

Add the cookies to the processor and grind until you achieve a fine powder.
For the base, add the melted butter to the processor until you achieve a dough-like consistency. Place the mixture in a mold and form the base, flattening the cookies with a spoon. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Add to the blender the cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, whipping cream, and tempered gelatin. Blend until you achieve a homogeneous mixture. Pour the mixture over the cookie base in your mold. Refrigerate until set.
For the topping, in a bowl, melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add the cream and mix well, melt the butter and add the maple syrup off the heat, mixing well until you achieve a more or less thick ganache. Cool and cover the cake with it. Refrigerate.
Serve and enjoy.
