  • 5 sticks butter, for the cookie
  • 1 cup sugar, for the cookie
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, for the cookie
  • 1 kilo flour, for the cookie
  • 500 grams peanut butter, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the filling
  • 500 grams semisweet chocolate, for the ganache
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream, for the ganache

  • Prepare the cookie dough by kneading all the ingredients, place the dough on a baking tray with a thickness of 1 centimeter, bake at 180º C for 20 minutes or until slightly golden. Let cool.
  • For the filling: in the mixer, combine the peanut butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • For the ganache: melt chocolate in a double boiler, add cream off the heat.
  • When the cookie is at room temperature, spread the peanut butter mixture to cover the entire dough to the edges, then add the chocolate on top of the peanut butter so everything is well covered and ready. Let it cool a bit, then cut into cubes or bars depending on your preference and enjoy. It's a delicious dessert.
