  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cups honey
  • sugar
  • 2 Kinder® Good, 1 package
  • raspberries, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, cornstarch, cocoa, vanilla extract, and ½ cup of almond milk until well combined. Set aside.
  • Place the remaining milk in a pot, add the Greek yogurt and honey, and cook for 3 minutes.Incorporate the cornstarch mixture and continue cooking, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes or until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and place in individual glass molds. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the chocolate crème brûlée with sugar and use a torch to caramelize it. Decorate with Kinder® Bueno and raspberries.
