Ingredients: 2 egg yolks; 3 teaspoons cornstarch; 2 tablespoons cocoa; 1 tablespoon vanilla essence; 1 1/2 cups almond milk; 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt; 1/4 cups honey; sugar; 2 Kinder® Good, 1 package; raspberries, for decoration

In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, cornstarch, cocoa, vanilla extract, and ½ cup of almond milk until well combined. Set aside. Place the remaining milk in a pot, add the Greek yogurt and honey, and cook for 3 minutes.

Incorporate the cornstarch mixture and continue cooking, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes or until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat and place in individual glass molds. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
