Chocolate Bunnies Mousse

  • 2 cups unsweetened dark chocolate, in pieces, for the topping
  • 1 cup low fat whipping cream, for the mousse
  • 1 1/2 cups Rabbits®, in pieces, for the mousse
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • Rabbits®, for decoration
  • walnuts, for decoration

  • Heat water in a pot, and once it starts to boil, place the dark chocolate in a larger bowl and melt it in a double boiler. Then, stir with a spatula until it reaches room temperature. Fill the previously greased half-sphere molds with the melted chocolate. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Heat the heavy cream in a pot over medium heat, add the Bunnies®, mix with a whisk until the chocolate is well melted, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover with cling film, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then, whisk with a hand or electric whisk, add the mascarpone cheese, and continue whisking until you achieve a fluffy consistency.
  • Pour the chocolate bunnies mousse into a piping bag, unmold the chocolate half-spheres, and fill them with the mousse.
  • Decorate the Chocolate Bunnies mousse with Bunnies® and nuts.
