Heat water in a pot, and once it starts to boil, place the dark chocolate in a larger bowl and melt it in a double boiler. Then, stir with a spatula until it reaches room temperature. Fill the previously greased half-sphere molds with the melted chocolate. Freeze for 30 minutes. Heat the heavy cream in a pot over medium heat, add the Bunnies®, mix with a whisk until the chocolate is well melted, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
