9 ounces dark chocolate, (70% cocoa)
1 cup low-fat milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch salt
2 cups Yoplait® Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Grand Marnier, or Amaretto (optional)

Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, sugar, and salt, stirring frequently until heated but not boiling.
Add the chocolate and let it melt, using a spatula to mix until all the chocolate is melted.
In a bowl, place the two cups of Yoplait Greek Natural and whisk with a fork until creamy.
Add the chocolate mixture to the Yoplait Greek Natural and add the liqueur.
Gently fold until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Spoon the mousse into cups or ramekins and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve cold.
