220 grams bittersweet chocolate, of good quality
150 milliliters whipping cream
100 milliliters whole milk
1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoons pepper
1 egg

Place the chocolate in the food processor and process until it is ground.
Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan until just about to boil.
Add vanilla and pepper.
Pour the mixture into the processor and process for half a minute.
Add egg.
Process for another 45 seconds.
Pour into small molds and refrigerate for about 8 hours.
