Thick Chocolate Mousse

A different recipe from traditional chocolate mousse due to its consistency.

  • 220 grams bittersweet chocolate, of good quality
  • 150 milliliters whipping cream
  • 100 milliliters whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 egg

  • Place the chocolate in the food processor and process until it is ground.
  • Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan until just about to boil.
  • Add vanilla and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the processor and process for half a minute.
  • Add egg.
  • Process for another 45 seconds.
  • Pour into small molds and refrigerate for about 8 hours.
