1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3/4 tablespoons cocoa powder
150 grams bittersweet chocolate
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
3/4 cups icing sugar
butter, for greasing
mixed berries, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a saucepan over low heat, add the heavy cream, cornstarch, cocoa, dark chocolate, and cook for 3 minutes until completely dissolved.
Gradually add the egg yolks, cooking for 3 more minutes until thickened. Cool and set aside.
In a mixer, beat the egg whites until fluffy, gradually add the sugar, and let it double in size.
Gently fold the egg whites into the yolks until fully incorporated.
Grease the molds with butter and pour in the previous mixture until it reaches the edge.
Bake for 10 minutes, serve immediately.
