300 grams bittersweet chocolate, or semi-sweet
100 milliliters sour cream
1/4 tablespoons vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoons rum, or sherry
chocolate sprinkles, purple, yellow, orange, black
chocolate chips, of various colors

Put the cream over medium heat.
When it is about to boil, pour it over the chocolate.
When the chocolate is completely melted, pour in the rum and vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into a container and let it cool.
Once cooled, it is recommended to put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to make it a bit firmer.
Once removed, take portions and shape the truffles.
Once you have all the truffles, roll them in the chocolate chips and colored sprinkles.
