Chocolate Truffles for Halloween

Delicious and spooky chocolate truffles for Halloween, sprinkle them with the colors you like the most, preferably purple, orange, and yellow.

  • 300 grams bittersweet chocolate, or semi-sweet
  • 100 milliliters sour cream
  • 1/4 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons rum, or sherry
  • chocolate sprinkles, purple, yellow, orange, black
  • chocolate chips, of various colors

  • Put the cream over medium heat.
  • When it is about to boil, pour it over the chocolate.
  • When the chocolate is completely melted, pour in the rum and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the mixture into a container and let it cool.
  • Once cooled, it is recommended to put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to make it a bit firmer.
  • Once removed, take portions and shape the truffles.
  • Once you have all the truffles, roll them in the chocolate chips and colored sprinkles.
