Delicious and spooky chocolate truffles for halloween, sprinkle them with the colors that you like, preferably purple, orange and yellow.

Ingredients

80 portions
  • 300 grams bitter chocolate, or semi bitter
  • 100 milliliters cream
  • 1/4 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons Rum, or sherry
  • chocolate sprinkles, purple, yellow, orange, black
  • chocolate chips, pied

Preparation

Put the cream over medium heat.
When it is about to boil, pour it over the chocolate.
When it is fully melted the chocolate now pours the rum and the essence of vanilla.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and let cool.
Once cold it is advisable to put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so that it is a little harder.
When it comes out take portions and make truffles.
Once you have all the truffles, toss the truffles with the chochitos and the colored granillos.
