350 grams white chocolate, grated
8 tablespoons cow's milk, hot
3/4 cups walnuts, chopped
1/2 tablespoons rum
200 grams semisweet chocolate

In a double boiler, place the white chocolate in a bowl and add the milk.
Mix very well with a spatula, until a homogeneous paste forms.
Add the walnut and rum.
Refrigerate for one hour or freeze for 30 minutes.
Whip with a mixer until the mixture thickens.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes and form small balls with your hands.
Decorate with the semi-dark chocolate previously melted in a double boiler.
