White Chocolate Truffle

  • 350 grams white chocolate, grated
  • 8 tablespoons cow's milk, hot
  • 3/4 cups walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoons rum
  • 200 grams semisweet chocolate

  • In a double boiler, place the white chocolate in a bowl and add the milk.
  • Mix very well with a spatula, until a homogeneous paste forms.
  • Add the walnut and rum.
  • Refrigerate for one hour or freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Whip with a mixer until the mixture thickens.
  • Place in the freezer for 30 minutes and form small balls with your hands.
  • Decorate with the semi-dark chocolate previously melted in a double boiler.
